Jaelynn has received the School Citizen of the Year (SCOTY) Award for 2026. This is a significant achievement, as less than 10% of students in West40 receive this high recognition. We are incredibly proud of Jaelynn for earning this amazing honor. Congratulations, Jaelynn! #HillsideD93

As we wrap up our Renaissance unit in 5th grade, students had the opportunity to experience a small part of Michelangelo’s struggle while painting the Sistine Chapel. They challenged themselves by creating artwork upside down, just as he did!
Was it easy? Not at all! But through perseverance and effort, students pushed through the challenge and produced some truly amazing pieces of art. We are so proud of their creativity and determination!🎨🖌️🖼️#hillsided93 #MichelangeloChallenge #curipod
