As we wrap up our Renaissance unit in 5th grade, students had the opportunity to experience a small part of Michelangelo’s struggle while painting the Sistine Chapel. They challenged themselves by creating artwork upside down, just as he did!
Was it easy? Not at all! But through perseverance and effort, students pushed through the challenge and produced some truly amazing pieces of art. We are so proud of their creativity and determination!🎨🖌️🖼️#hillsided93 #MichelangeloChallenge #curipod

Student Council would like to thank all of the families and staff members who participated in our Hillside Gives Back Spirit Days. A huge shoutout to the Hillside Fire Department for helping transport our donations to the Westchester Food Pantry. It was a wonderful week and an incredible way to kick off our winter break.
