School Photos
Each fall a photo studio takes a class picture of each grade (Kindergarten through 8) at the school. Further information will be sent home regarding when pictures will be taken and purchasing procedures. Families are not obligated to purchase photos. Additional graduation photos will be taken in January.

Telephone
Teachers are not to be interrupted during class. Teachers may make calls to parents, or receive calls from parents during their planning periods and before or after school. Students may use the school office telephone only if they have a good reason. Students may not use this phone to arrange for social visits or for after school events. There is a pay phone in the school lobby for student use. Students may call collect from the pay phone.

Lost & Found
All clothing and equipment should be labeled to avoid permanent loss. Lost and found collection boxes are located outside classrooms A and B on the upper level of the primary wing. Children and parents are encouraged to check these boxes from time to time. Items such as eye glasses, watches, purses and jewelry are kept in the school office, and identification must be made for their return. A lost and found box is also maintained in the locker rooms for gym clothes. Left over items are distributed to a charitable organization regularly, so it is important to check the boxes.
